If you need urgent mental health support in Jersey, please contact the Mental Health Crisis Team on 01534 445290, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also contact your GP surgery and ask for an urgent appointment.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you feel that you or someone else may be at risk of serious harm, please call 999 or attend A&E at Jersey General Hospital.

If you would prefer to speak to someone straight away, Samaritans are available 24 hours a day on 116 123, free from any phone. You can also email jo@samaritans.org.

You don’t have to do this alone. Support is available if you need it.
